Toddler Environment
Our toddler environment is thoughtfully designed based on the principles of Dr. Maria Montessori, ensuring that every aspect supports the child’s natural development.
The space is equipped with child-sized furniture and materials, allowing toddlers to explore independently, make choices, and move comfortably. This environment is tailored to help children build essential life skills like dressing, eating, grooming, and toileting, while also enhancing their language abilities and motor skills through engaging, hands-on activities.
Our dedicated team ensures the space is always prepared and welcoming, providing gentle guidance to help each child feel secure and confident as they work individually or in groups, following Montessori’s philosophy of independence and self-directed learning.
Primary Environment
Our Primary environment is thoughtfully designed to support the second plane of development, which applies to children between the ages of 3 and 6. Following Montessori principles, the space is organized to encourage independence, self-discipline, and active learning. Materials are arranged within easy reach, allowing children to independently choose activities that captivate their interest, promoting autonomy and confidence as they take charge of their learning journey.
Through repetition of tasks, children gradually master skills, and the freedom to move around the space enhances both their physical coordination and cognitive abilities. The setting is tailored to their size and developmental needs, ensuring that every element is accessible and inviting. By engaging with carefully designed, hands-on activities, children not only develop practical life skills and expand their vocabulary but also strengthen both fine and gross motor abilities.
Elementary Environment
Children between the ages of 6 and 12 are part of the third plane of development, a stage where they experience significant intellectual growth, greater abstract reasoning, and an increased ability to understand complex concepts. In this environment, rooted in Montessori principles, they engage in independent exploration and critical thinking.
At this stage, children are naturally curious, socially aware, and focused on developing a deeper understanding of the world around them. They work collaboratively in mixed-age groups, taking part in projects that promote creativity, intellectual development, and problem-solving skills. The learning environment emphasizes hands-on experiences, allowing children to conduct research, engage in discussions, and gain practical knowledge through real-world activities, including field trips.
The curriculum, designed to meet the developmental needs of children in the third plane, which includes subjects like Mathematics, Culture, Science, and Languages.
